Advanced digital imaging methods applied by Prof. Moshe Caine and Dr. Doron Altaratz of the JerusalemInstitute for Research and Digital Documentation of Cultural Heritage at the Hadassah Academic College Jerusalem, have aided in the suggested deciphering of an ancient stone inscription discovered in Jerusalem, in the eighth century BC, from the period King Hezekiah.
For more information about the discovery, you are invited to read the article (in Hebrew) on the Ynet website: “Has the inscription of King Hezekiah of Judah been deciphered?”
